Specialises in legal support for entrepreneurs and growing companies — from structuring contractual frameworks through acquisitions to AI compliance and alignment with European regulation. He participated in a cross-border acquisition in the field of medical robotics.
Actively bridges law and technology: he helps clients turn regulatory requirements of the AI Act from an obstacle into a competitive advantage. He runs workshops on AI in business and prepares companies for AI Act certification.
Hands-on experience since 2014 — from EU funds through leading Brno law firms to IUSTORIA, where he combines legal precision with an understanding of clients' business realities. Founding member of Pálava Horizons and moderator of the BforB Tišnov networking club.
