Gabriel is in charge of contract, corporate and transactional law and is responsible for risk management at the firm. He specialises in legal support for entrepreneurs and growing companies, from designing contractual frameworks and handling acquisitions to AI compliance and alignment with European regulation. He worked on a cross-border acquisition in medical robotics.
He actively connects law and technology, helping clients turn the regulatory requirements of the AI Act from an obstacle into a competitive advantage. He runs workshops on AI in business and prepares companies for AI Act certification.
He has been gaining practical experience since 2014, from EU funds and well-regarded Brno law firms to IUSTORIA, where he combines legal precision with an understanding of his clients' business realities. He is a founding member of Pálava Horizons and moderator of the BforB Tišnov networking club.
