Mgr. Michaela Vytřísalová

Specialises in criminal law and company liquidations. She handles liquidation proceedings from start to finish — from preparing documentation to removal from the register. In criminal matters, she is thorough down to every detail: she won't release a document until she is certain of every argument.

Already during her studies at Masaryk University she focused on criminal law — her thesis dealt with criminal offences resulting in death. She is also dedicated to animal protection law. At the firm, she provides essential support in analytical work and preparation of legal submissions.
