Our hourly rate is CZK 3,900 excl. VAT. At the first meeting we estimate the overall scope, always upfront and never after the event. For simpler matters we offer a fixed fee.

It depends on how complex the matter is. A tailored contract typically takes up to 2 weeks; litigation takes 12–24 months. On the first call we'll give you a realistic estimate, not a promise.

We tell you your chances upfront. If the risk is too high, we recommend another route: mediation, a settlement or walking away from the dispute. We will never send you into a battle that isn't worth fighting.

Yes. You simply revoke the power of attorney you gave your current lawyer. We'll take over the file and pick up where they left off, without losing time or ground.
