How much will it cost?
Our hourly rate is CZK 3,900 excl. VAT. At the first meeting we estimate the total scope — always upfront, never retroactively. For simpler matters we offer a flat fee.
How long will it take?
Depends on complexity. A custom contract typically takes 2 weeks, litigation 12–24 months. On the first call we'll give you a realistic estimate — not a promise.
What if I lose in court?
We tell you the odds upfront. If the risk is too high, we recommend another path — mediation, settlement, or walking away. We never send you into a battle that doesn't pay off.
Can I switch from another lawyer?
Yes. Just revoke the power of attorney with your current lawyer. We'll take over the file and continue seamlessly — no lost time or position.
Do you handle smaller matters?
It depends on the type, not the amount. We'll help with a contract review or a multi-million dispute. If your case falls outside our expertise, we'll recommend a colleague.
What does the first contact look like?
Call or write. During a short call (10–15 minutes, free) we'll understand what's going on and suggest next steps. No obligations, no sales pitch.
