# Family disputes need
resolution, not escalation

Divorce, child custody and maintenance are the most emotionally challenging legal situations. We find solutions that protect you and your family — with respect for what comes next.

Typical situations

## Recognise your case?

### You're considering divorce but don't know where to start

You've made the decision, but you're unsure about the flat, the assets, the children. You need a clear plan.

### You can't agree on custody

Each parent has a different idea about where the children will live and what the visitation schedule looks like.

### Your ex isn't paying child support

Maintenance payments aren't coming or come irregularly. You need to know how to enforce them.

### You want a prenuptial or postnuptial agreement

You want to arrange your financial affairs in advance — whether before the wedding or during the marriage.

### Domestic violence — you need protection

You feel threatened by your partner. You need a restraining order, an exclusion order or legal help.

### Your child refuses to visit the other parent

The child won't go for visits, and the other parent blames you. The situation is escalating and you need a legal way forward.

### A spouse is hiding assets before settlement

You suspect your partner is transferring assets to avoid division. You need to secure evidence.

### International family dispute

One parent lives abroad, the child has dual citizenship, or there's a risk of cross-border child abduction.

### Rozvod s podílem ve firmě

V majetku je s.r.o., akcie nebo podíl v rodinné firmě. Potřebujete ochránit hodnotu firmy, hlasovací práva i běžný provoz.

### Předmanželská smlouva pro zakladatele

Budujete firmu nebo do ní vstupuje investor. Předmanželská smlouva má chránit nejen vás, ale i společníky, zaměstnance a budoucí transakci.

### Ochrana firemního majetku před vypořádáním

Řešíte holdingovou strukturu, svěřenský fond, mezigenerační převod nebo riziko, že osobní spor paralyzuje podnikání.

Process

## How we work

 01

### Sensitive assessment

We listen, understand the context and priorities. In family law, what matters is not only what you want — but what is realistic and in the children's best interest.

 02

### Seeking agreement

We always prefer agreement over litigation. We prepare a proposal that is fair and likely to gain court approval.

 03

### Court representation

If agreement isn't possible, we advocate firmly. But even in court, we look for room for a reasonable compromise.

From our practice

## Decision moments

Divorce

### Fight for the house, or sell and move on?

A couple were divorcing after 18 years. Both wanted the family home — for the children, for memories, on principle. A property dispute would have dragged on for years while the children suffered. We proposed a sale to a third party with proceeds split to reflect one spouse's investments. The divorce concluded in 4 months.

Child custody

### Is shared custody always in the child's best interest?

The father sought shared custody; the mother wanted sole custody. The child attended school near the mother's home and the father lived 40 km away. We assessed that the child's school stability was paramount. We proposed extended visitation with an adjusted schedule — the court accepted.
