### Litigate or settle?


A dispute over a shareholding in a company with CZK 100M+ turnover. The legal position was strong — the client could go to court. The question wasn't 'will he win?' but 'is victory worth two years of waiting and paralysing the business?' We recommended negotiating from a position of strength. Out-of-court resolution in 8 weeks.


Damages claim
